This first week of March one year ago was a big week for us all here in Washington state. We didn’t know it yet, but our world was about to change in a massive way. This week also marks the anniversary of the lease signing for the space here at Wales + Co Salon. That commitment was a risk considering that within days, hair salons were shuttered and the future was just fog. Since our opening in June, what has become clear, is that this is the best choice we could have made. In a time when the world outside is a little/ a lot worrisome and the political noise is loud, we have the security of calm and peace inside the walls of this little sanctuary. We can’t control much right now, but we have this. 🥂
