How often should you have a massage?
💫For relaxation
As often as you like and can afford! Weekly monthly or longer - prevention is better than cure so for maximum benefits booking a regular slot is recommended
💫For pain relief
Leave at least 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are best untl the pain subsides.
💫For relief of knots
Weekly’ls advised for at least 4 weeks to fi work out the knots, and thereafter montity sessions to prevent them from reoccurring.
