Posted • In 6 weeks I’ll be strolling down these streets and hanging with these cutie pies!! I can’t wait to visit the place where I first left my heart 10 years ago. But this time to aid in the prevention of trafficking. I’ll be going with an amazing team of educators to train mental health care workers, teachers, and local leaders how to recognize coercion and prevent exploitation and trafficking. I’m so proud of this team and all they are doing to prepare for this journey!

In just a few months, I will be heading to Africa to aid in teaching those within the community about the prevention of human trafficking with Missions of Hope International. The team I have been selected to be a part of through Free Rain International will train teachers, students, and mental health professionals in Kenya about the dangers of trafficking and how to recognize the signs of trauma. I am excited to be a part of such a diverse and skilled team that will go and stop these crimes before they can start!! I need your help to get there! I still need $2400 to raise which will allow me to go and provide all the training materials necessary to educate these people. Everything you give is tax deductible.
