Hello,
Domestic violence is real, unfortunately for me and so many others, it has been a part of our lives and maybe still is. Something within me( my higher power), has guided my thoughts towards giving 10% of my energy to helping others. With that said, on February 7th 2026, The Lash and Wax Boutique and Lawless Barbershop located in Lynnwood, will be hosting a fundraiser event for Pathways for Women, a local nonprofit organization focused on helping women get away from horrific situations and get back on their feet. Our goal is to raise at least 5,000 dollars with 100% of the proceeds going towards the cause. “The Gathering of Sorts” is the name for this event. For good reason, we have a variety of local businesses in the area that have gathered together, because they believe in the cause. The night starts off with DJ Krispy spinning some cuts, so bring your favorite dancing shoes and or dancing attitude. We have Fogo de Chao serving small bits, Starbucks for coffee and tea, Peace of Mind Brewery with their delicious local beer, and Zuri’s Gourmet Donuts providing the sweets. If you want a pick me up when it comes to cosmetics, Dr. Karen Quaynor with Bliss Health and Wellness will be preforming Botox and Vitamin B12 injections, so make sure you book with her ahead of time. When me and Justin where putting together the event, we realized that he always caters to male clients and my salon caters to mostly women. So on top of us inviting our existing clients, we would love to make a love connection. Calling on all single clients, come and enjoy the festivities, maybe true, everlasting love will happen.
