We took out today after 5 months of growth!

Her hair went from brittle & thin to healthy & thick! Not clients fault, but previous stylist. Unfortunately her hair wasn’t being cut in between every other move up , extensions were installed improperly causing pressure sores and breakage. She had her previous extensions over a year.

One of the biggest things I hear from clients .

“ I heard extensions damage your hair”

Yes & No.

-No-

•If extensions are installed properly, type of extension is correct based upon hair & maintence schedule. They’re being taken out every other move up and your hair is being cut & maintence appointments are being followed accordingly.

•The client is properly brushing, using the correct products and coming in for scheduled appointments.

-Yes-

•If they’re installed improperly, the wrong type of extensions are installed based upon the clients hair type, hair is not being cut in between move ups & installs are not being done in a timely manner.

•Clients are not brushing appropriately, causing matting. Not using proper products or following proper maintence schedule.

The last two photos are from 10 months ago with 5 packs of I-Tips. Clients hair was damaged and thin from having Wefts incorrectly installed prior too changing type of extensions .

This client properly takes care of her extensions. We almost have all of her previous damaged hair cut, to allow her beautiful natural come in and added 3 1/2 packs of her previous custom colored blonde/brown I-Tips for length & dimension.
