Today is the day…we are officially up and running with the computer system 🥳🥳🥳 Now it’s time to get everyone back in the database and then pretend that this last week has been a fever dream! I’m still working out some kinks but you can be input into the system and you can come tan! Thank you for your patience and pep talks and hand holding while I lost my mind over this mess, I appreciate each one of you more than I can say! See y’all soon!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend but I just wanted to update y’all on the computer issue. New computers are in and programming is complete as of this afternoon. I am currently waiting on a callback to get the database ready to start inputting everyone back in and getting the system ready to go back to work. I appreciate everyone that has given me words of encouragement and been so absolutely patient while I have screamed, cussed and cried my way this far in the process. I apologize for the disruption and can tell you that I am working as hard as I can to get things up and running properly. Have a great rest of your weekend and (hopefully) this will all be a bad dream by Monday!

Hi Hot Spot Friends! I just wanted to update everyone on what’s happening this week at the shop. Monday night’s storm has fried the computers and we are currently unable to access the tanning beds. New computers are here but it will be Friday before all the software is installed and the system can be restored. As if that wasn’t enough, the database is also completely gone and cannot be restored. We are going to be starting from scratch with needing to input your data into the system to get everyone back to their regularly scheduled programming. I completely appreciate your patience and support while I impatiently wait my turn to get the computers going. Upside, brand new computers so any issues being experienced on the old ones will be fixed and I get to meet everyone I haven’t already met to put faces with names. Again, thank you all for your patience this week and I look forward to seeing everyone soon!
