One year ago today, I took a leap of faith and opened Intentional Healing Therapeutic Massage.

What I didn’t know was that my first year of business would also become the year I welcomed my daughter into the world.

This year has stretched me in ways I never expected—not only as a business owner, but as a mother.

Through every milestone, challenge, and celebration, you’ve trusted me with your health and healing. That trust means more than I can put into words.

As I return from maternity leave, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you for supporting a small business, for referring your friends and family, and for allowing me to do work I truly love.

The baby’s due date was moved up to May 14! 👀 I will be working through my current schedules and keep everyone updated on dates!

A little life update 🤍

Kaysen was diagnosed with Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease, which means he’ll be home from daycare for about a week while we let him rest and recover.

Because of that, I’ll be adjusting my schedule and sorting through what days I’m able to work while balancing mom life and keeping everyone healthy.

If I need to move your appointment, I’ll be reaching out directly as soon as possible. Thank you all for your patience, grace, and understanding during this little hiccup.
