Hi friends,
Please allow me to real, raw and vulnerable this evening…

I have decided to take a break from social media.
This is something I have felt I’ve needed for a while now but have continuously made excuses as to why I can’t/shouldnt due to running a business…
I NEED to make myself available at all times.
I NEED to be present on socials.
I NEED to this.
I NEED to that.

But truthfully, how can I run a business successfully when I feel like my mental health is plummeting full force into the ground? How can I show up for others when I am not showing up for myself? When everyday I wake up feeling as though I’m on my last leg and truthfully not sure how I make it through the day.
I need a hard reset… and it needs to start here.
So I can clear away all the brain fog, the rhetoric, the harmful news and find a place to start to heal and to help.

Everyday, something difficult is in the news.
My heart hurts and the mother spirit in me is full of rage.
I want to fix it all, take away all the pain and suffering I am seeing but I am just one person.
So I need to remove myself from this space for a while and focus on what I can control and what I can pour into for now…
My self. My family. My friends. My business and you guys.

So with that being said, I’m not sure how long I’ll be off socials. I may hop on to periodically check messages or just say hi…

So many goals and things I want to work more on this year with myself and also my business, but one of them is being more present on my Instagram again. Finding a way to make social media for my business less stressful so I can provide more content for you guys. More content than just before/afters, silly voiceover reels and the usual. I want to bring more education and my way of doing brows/brazilians, I’ve had SO many ask me if I’d ever teach or take on an apprentice… so I feel like this will be a way to show some of you who have asked, how I do things. Had the pleasure of taking care of lash lift client 🥹

I have never been nervous doing a lash lift until she said she used to go to Raven.
Raven!? The lash lift QUEEN!? GODS GIFT TO LASH LIFTS!?
I have always looked up to Raven and wanted to execute lash lifts as well as she does. So, I did my thing and needless to say client was very satisfied 🥰
And the lashes were Raven approved 🫡

Lash lifts last about 6 weeks and give you that ready to go curled mascara look. Perfect for the holiday season!

Her first time getting a brow wax and I’m so thankful they came to me. Trusting someone with your child’s brows or any facial service can be very scary. So when they walk through my door, it is my top priority to give them a comfortable space, listen to what they want and execute it to the best of my ability.
It means so much being able to be their first wax girl and give them beautiful brows like this 🫶🏻
