We are proud to announce our newest hire Paige Serrano’s books are open and is officially taking appointments! To celebrate, we did a little Q&A with her.

-How long have you been cutting hair?

I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist specializing in men’s grooming for about 17 years.

-What’s your favorite haircut or beard style to do?

I love skin fades, modern men’s cuts, and beard transformations. Seeing a client leave looking more confident is my favorite part of the job.

-What’s one thing every client should know before sitting in your chair?

Every client gets my full attention. My goal isn’t just to give you a great haircut, it’s to make sure you leave feeling like the best version of yourself. I’ll always take the time to listen to what you want and be honest about what works best for your hair. I’d rather spend a few extra minutes getting it right than rush you out the door.

-When you’re not at the shop, what do you enjoy doing?

Spending time with my son, exploring East Tennessee and anything outdoors, trying new coffee shops and local food spots, creating content for my hair page, and always learning new techniques to improve my craft.

-What’s your go-to order from a local restaurant or coffee shop?

If you live here in Appalachia, you know these mountains keep their secrets.
