✨ Why My Cancellation Policy Matters ✨

Since becoming an independent stylist, I’ve learned just how valuable every appointment time truly is.
When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved just for you. Last minute cancellations and no shows make it difficult to fill those appointment times and directly impact my small business.
To continue providing the best experience for all of my guests, my cancellation policy is:
❣️Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
❣️Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no shows, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
❣️Guests with repeated late cancellations or no shows may be required to keep a card on file or pay a booking deposit for future appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I always encourage you to reach out if something unexpected comes up. Every situation is considered with care.
