Millie is a month old today! Time is flying by. She has grown over 2 inches already & has gained over a pound.

Hello lovelies! I'd like to introduce you to Milana Rose Malyar. We call her Millie! She made her appearance on Tuesday August the 16th at a whopping 9 lbs and 4oz! Nick and I are so thankful to have her here healthy and strong. We love her so much and can't wait for her to meet fur brother Winsty later today!

- About my delivery: Many of you know, I was dreaming of doing it all natural! She was too big, especially in the should area. So a c-section it was. Even though our plan changed, I had a really great experience. The staff at Peidmont Fayetteville have taken excellent care of us.

- Swipe all the way over to see her hair! She has sooo much hair!!! Maybe that wivestale is true and that's why I lived on pepcid lol. I'll post a better picture of the back when I get one.

I'm hurting a bit today & pretty tired, so I probably won't be able to respond to any messages. Just know I appreciate all of you & miss ya! 💗

Happy Sunday lovelies! I know many of you are probably thinking about going lighter now with the warmer weather approaching.
Here are some tips/reminders:
- Olaplex is a blonde's best friend! (It is actually great for anyone who receives dimensional color.)
- Wear a hat or scarf if you are spending alot of time in the sun to avoid color/ toner fading.
- Be careful while using sunscreen, bronzer, or tanning lotions as these can discolor the hair. I see this all the time, especially on those bright highlights around the face!
- If you are a swimmer you'll need to snag some clarifying shampoo to get the chemicals out. Also be sure to put some leave-in conditioner in your hair before swimming.
