Airfryer Pepperoni & Pesto Chicken Melt 🍗 🧀 Made in just 17 minutes, doesn’t get easier than this does it? Serves 2 people although you can up the breast volume for more. Perfect with veg, potatoes or even a wee salad. Ingredients - 2 x chicken breasts 🐓 - 2 tsp pesto 🥄 - 40g pepperoni 🍕 - 50g light mozzarella 🧀 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Method 1. Slice chicken down the side 2. Fill with the pesto, pepperoni and mozzarella 3. Sprinkle a tbsp of Cajun seasoning and low cal spray 4.
