Quartz crystal singing bowls produce unique vibrations that promote a meditative state for the mind and have been shown to affect the physical body on a cellular level. Through the relaxation of the mind and body, the emotions can settle and deep healing can be attained.

At this sound bath, there will be a brief education on Sound healing and its benefits, the participants will get comfortable, then experience a 1 hour sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls. Participants should bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or any other prop that will enable them to lie still for an hour of meditation. If one is unable to lie down for that period of time, some chairs will be available. It is also recommended to bring a water bottle.
