This is one of the most common question I get asked all the time. I currently do NOT accept health insurance. As a busy mom of 3 young kids, I do not have time to focus my attention on insurance paperwork. I always encourage people to call their health insurance provider and ask if they have coverage for massage. Sometimes your insurance company may reimbursed you for your massages, and all you have to do is provide a receipt and an EIN (Employer Identification Number) from the massage provider. I would definitely encourage you to find out because you may be missing out on your massages.

Did you know all massage sessions are customized to the pressure you are comfortable with? Sometimes you may need deeper or lighter pressure in certain areas, and that’s why I don’t charge more or less for different types of massages (like deep tissue or Swedish). All you pay for is your TIME. What pressure do you prefer when getting a massage?
