My favorite coworker has officially been with the company for six years. 💜

She started out folding foils because she wanted to help. Now she’s stocking shelves, folding towels, and making sure everything is ready for the next client.

These little summer jobs have turned into some of my favorite memories. More than anything, I hope she’s learning that no job is beneath you, taking pride in your work matters, and showing up for the people you care about is something to be proud of.

And yes… HR is still reviewing her Starbucks cake pop raise. ☕️🍰😂

This is what happens when you stop chasing blonde and start creating dimension. Every foil was placed with intention to erase the striping and create a soft, seamless blend.

Refreshing a teal Peekabloom is easier than you think! 💙🧜‍♀️

Because we only colored her previously lightened ends with a semi-permanent color, refreshing it is simple.

✨ Re-section the hair.
✨ Braid and secure each section.
✨ Apply semi-permanent color to the bleached ends only.
✨ Let it process for 30–45 minutes.
✨ Rinse with the coolest water you can.

That’s it! Fresh, vibrant color without having to bleach again. 💙
