I do all our social media personally so it will feel authentic, personal and so I can say things like this:
I am genuinely overwhelmed at how hard the JGB team works. We have zero drama, everyone’s on time consistently, everyone works their ass off and does great work. Everyone respects their coworkers and clients. It’s easy to take it for granted, but I truly don’t. I see it everyday and feel humbled and grateful for every bit of it. Even when we have what we deem a “light” week, I remind them that we are spoiled by being the busiest shop in SB. Our “light” really isn’t light . It’s a deep breath during a long run. It’s a great feeling to work with this team.
