This event is not a scam in any shape, way or form. Participating businesses are not paying for a spot, not for the crawl nor the cowgirl social. Ashley Bowden the coordinator is doing this to help businesses in the community. She has not received a cent for this event. The businesses participating have 1000% control of what they would like to gift for the raffle... so if anyone asks for funds to participate in this event, please reach out to her directly.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a scam connected to our event.

Just to clear up any confusion, we are maxed out for vendors for our Cowgirl Social, and we have reached the deadline for accepting any more businesses for the Cowgirl Crawl leading up to the main event.

We have also not asked for any dollar exchange from any participating businesses. This event has been free across the board. We have only asked if business would like to donate in the form of gift certificates, services, or products for the raffles from our event vendors. Each business participating in the crawl is in charge of creating their own raffle baskets for their customers/clients, and I am simply here to promote them and bring more awareness to their business and raffle.

So please, if someone DMs or messages you about your interest in this event and asks for a fee, THIS IS A SCAM.

I’m so sorry that people are sh*tty , but let’s spread awareness and make sure no one gets taken advantage of. Thank you all so much.
