I had a busy end to last week. I fell drastically behind on my sleep and prioritized to catch up. Consequently I missed two workouts ( #12 and #13). But I am not giving up, just jumping right back in! I have organized a plan to catch up on my workouts. I started yesterday by doing Friday’s Total Body Cardio Fix before church.
Day 11 of 21 Day Fix Real Time is an active recovery day - thank goodness for Yoga Fix! Even though it was a chilly morning I really needed a day to stretch and look inward. And check out that balance on my recently fixed knee 🎉. Getting stronger everyday!

What. A. Long. Day.
My workout Upper Fix didn’t happen until 4 pm. And I needed to make up 10 Min Abs from yesterday, walk the dogs and deep clean our room before our new mattress was delivered. A late shower before I climb in and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Day 5 - Cardio Fix and 10 Minute Abs
Five days in and I am so happy I am back at it! Extra bonus: I finally took the time to figure out how to stream from my laptop to my TV. Well... my teenager figured it out for me 😜

Busy busy day 🎉
Started the day with an early walk for my pups 🐶 ,
then work 👩💻,
afternoon workout - Day 4 Pilates Fix 🧘♀️, plus made up 10 minute Abs from yesterday 🔥,
a bike ride on my new fun bike 🚲.
I know I will sleep good tonight! 💤
Yesterday was Day 3/21, Upper Fix. It felt SO good to lift weights!
I did not plan accordingly and did not have time to do 10 Minute Abs after my workout and my day got so busy that I never got to it. I WILL make it up!
Today is Pilates Fix that will be done this afternoon. I typically like to do my workouts first thing in the morning. But today I felt I needed some fresh air before I started my day so the dogs and I took a walk.

Hi. Remember me??? I’m back!!!
My last real workout was in June 23rd. After that workout, my knee pain was unbearable. I finally went to the doctor and an MRI showed two tears to my meniscus and arthritis. I decided to lay low for a bit before surgery and only walk the dogs and do household projects. No formal workouts.
I am happy to announce that surgery was on October 2nd and I feel amazing!!! Why did I wait so many years to go to the doctor!?!? I was cleared to resume activity but listen closely to my body. So I decided a Yoga Flow was a good choice for my first workout in almost four months.
I am stronger than I thought I would be. And my rehab exercises are working because my knee was far more flexible than it was pre-surgery. But my QT (Quarantine Tummy) is in the way - it’s got to go!!!
This morning I walked my dogs for the first time in two weeks and enjoyed 3 Week Yoga Retreat’s Flow workout. I can’t wait to get to weights and a new BB program. Any suggestions????

I have been feeling pretty BLAH this week. Trying to keep active but not push myself. No real workouts 😢. Walking the dogs and yard work has been all I have done and I still need to ice my knee one 1-2 times a day.
So decided to lift my spirits a bit today with a root touch up, a little purple in the back, a face mask and sunless tanner.
