Just because your labs are “normal” doesn’t mean it’s not perimenopause or menopause.
YOU are the best marker to determine if you’re entering the menopause process. You know when your body is off. Your symptoms are a signal and a sign!
Labs are helpful, when drawn at the right time, with the right markers, and the right person to interpret them to look at things from a whole.
