Hi, I'm Jessica Butts, owner of Rooted Beauty Salon.

I can't remember a time when I wasn't in a hair salon.

As a little girl, I spent my days "helping" my mom in hers. I remember the smell of perms and hairspray, the sound of laughter carrying across the room, and the conversations that somehow turned strangers into family.

Without realizing it, that's where my roots were planted.

Those roots were planted on the firm foundation of God's love, faithfulness, and provision through every season of my life.

Over the years, those roots were watered by all of you.

By my husband, my boys, my family, and my friends, who loved me, supported me, and carried me through seasons when I needed it most.

By the men and women who trusted me with their stories, celebrations, heartbreaks, weddings, babies, losses, and new beginnings.

By the encouragement, prayers, support, and grace you've shown me through some of life's sweetest moments and hardest seasons.

This business may carry my name, but it was never built by me alone.

So when it came time to choose a name for this next chapter, Rooted wasn't just a business name.

It was my story.

Firmly fixed.
Established.
Originating from a specific source.

Rooted in faith.
Rooted in community.
Rooted in purpose.
