A few keto swaps for you!

Keto Egg Bowls are a great breakfast idea... and customize them with what’s in your fridge!👇🏻
OPTIONS:
Spinach
Bell peppers
Jalapeños
Mushroom
Diced tomatoes
Sausage or Bacon
Shredded cheese
Feta Cheese
Seasonings
Top with Avocado
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown and crumble your sausage (1/2 cup cooked per bowl or a couple pieces of bacon)
Sauté any veggies like spinach and mushrooms & add to sausage (as much as you’d like)
Scramble 2 eggs (per bowl) and add to meat mixture, folding in to combine.
Stir in cheese (1/4 cup per bowl) & stir!
A great go to breakfast! Grab what you have in the fridge and mix with eggs!

Cheesy Broccoli Fritters
Ingredients
1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces or chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp butter melted
Instructions
Preparation:
Steam broccoli for 5 mins, then drain any excess water and dry with paper towels
Cut broccoli to small pieces (shred-like), set aside
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cajun seasoning, eggs, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese - stir and mix, until all are thoroughly combined
Mix broccoli to the mixture until they are coated thoroughly
Place a cast iron or non-stick pan over medium heat until hot
Put in melted butter and swirl it to coat the pan
Spoon in a mixture of the broccoli into the heated pan
Cook each side for around 2-3 mins, until patty begins to melt and its crusty brown
Serve with dipping sauce
Note: you can definitely add bacon bits, shredded chicken, ground beef to the mixture to add more flavor

Baked Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients
* 4 (16-ounces) boneless skinless chicken breasts
* 1/2 c shredded Italian cheese
* 1 stick butter
* 6 cloves garlic , minced
* 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
* salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 375F.
* Lightly grease a baking dish.
* Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper in baking dish and set aside.
* Add butter to a skillet and melt..
* Stir in garlic and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring very frequently to not burn the garlic.
* Stir in the rosemary and remove from heat.
* Pour the garlic butter over the chicken breasts.
* Bake for 30 to 32 minutes, or until chicken's internal temperature is 165F.
* Sprinkle with cheese and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
* Remove from oven and let sit...
* Serve up the chicken breast. Feel free to spoon on garlic butter sauce for additional flavor.

Avocado Nut Bites
Ingredients
1 Avocado, cubed
⅔ cup coconut oil
¼ cup Choczero caramel syrup
1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
½ cup Walnuts chopped
¼ cup Almonds sliced
¼ cup desiccated coconut for toppings
Instructions
In a blender/ processor combine avocado, coconut oil, caramel syrup, lemon juice, salt
Blend until smooth
Pour mixture into a parchment lined freezer-safe dish and top with almonds, walnuts and coconut flakes or whatever toppings you desire
Freeze for at least 4 hours
Remove from freezer then cut into bite size
Enjoy!!
