Here's what we do: Take small sections of each row and spray professional grade bond release spray on the keratin. I massage it in to help soften the bond, then use a tool the release the bond and slide it out.
Comb out the natural shed, shampoo/condition, VIOLA!
You're ready for fresh extensions, color, smoothing, etc!

Fun fact: I LOVE EXTENSIONS!!! They're fun, sexy, freeing, voluminous and flowing!!!
BUT the healthy of YOUR hair is the most important! You have to have a healthy scalp and hair to attach extensions to.
So be honest about willingness to maintain your extensions at home. Keeping clean conditioned and moisturized, combing it, tie up at night or during workouts, etc.
What can your hair really handle? Are you keeping a standing appointment or you can handle it at home?
