Now this is my reaction to the situation, not directed at the young lady. My goal is always to make sure every client walks out happy. She wasn't thrilled with the style, so I adjusted it to flatter her. 😭
The story behind it is she wanted a look similar to her sister's, who has finer hair with a loose curl. Her hair is much thicker, so I had to find a compromise.
In the end, it turned out great for her.
