A Quick but Important Note from RTR

Hey Rose Fam,

I want to give you a heads up about something happening behind the scenes before it affects you.

RoseTreatment Room is transitioning to a new booking system in the coming weeks. This is a headache for me, but a necessary move as part of some business updates on my end and I want to be fully transparent about what that means for you.

Here is what you need to know:

Credit card information on file will not transfer. You will need to re-enter your card details when you book your next appointment or at your next visit.

Text message notifications/subscriptions will need to be re-enabled. If you currently receive appointment reminders by text, you will need to opt back in once the new system is live. I will send instructions on how to do that when we make the switch.

Existing appointments will be manually re-entered. If you have an upcoming appointment, you will receive a new confirmation to let you know everything is still in place.

Some notes from previous appointments may not carry over. For my existing clients who are still coming in consistently, I am going to do my best to manually re-enter your information so nothing important gets lost. If there is anything specific that lapsed clients want to make sure I have on record, feel free to reach out and I will take care of it.

I know changes like this can feel like a hassle and I genuinely appreciate your patience. I am working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible before our newest team member Lucy joins us in July.

As you all know, RTR has been BOOKED and BUSY. We have decided to scout for help. Lucy is joining RoseTreatment Room in July as our new esthetician and electrologist. I am so excited to welcome her and her 20 years of experience working with clients.

Hey, Rose Fam!

I don’t know how that happened, but here we are in April, and this email is 2 weeks behind. Spring is fully in the building and honestly? So am I. This season has me in a mode of flow I wasn’t fully expecting. Behind the scenes I’ve been working on something bigger than just the treatment room.
