There are several types of dandruff & also other conditions that many seem like it. What I’ve noticed as a Cosmetologist, many women suffer from a condition called Seborrheic Dermatitis. This condition this condition causes the sebaceous glands to secrete more sebum (an oily, waxy substance) than usual & in turn causes scaling/flaking.
