I try very hard to be flexible and accommodating for all of my clients as much as possible. I, of course, understand that life happens and some things happen that are completely out of our control, but unfortunately. However, over the last few months, I feel like this is being taken advantage of. Therefore, I will be enforcing a cancelation policy. The new policy is as follows...

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice or if you fail to make your appointment.

First Missed Appointment

$35 non-refundable rebooking fee
Third Missed Appointment

Up coming appointment paid in full prior to booking. Non refundable.

A few announcements:
1) For some reason FB doesn't like to send me notifications or messages from my page. I don't regularly check FB either so if you have tried messaging me on here and I haven't responded I apologize. If you need info, please feel free to call the salon @ 574-299-4044 and leave a message. I will get back to you in the most timely manner convenient for me.
2) At this time I have a full schedule and am not taking on new clients. I will put up an announcement when I can.
3) I am currently fully booked for the month of June.
If you would like to be added to my cancellation list let me know.

The past few years Riah Nolas has done a hat and glove tree as a give back to the community. With this year being as crazy as it's been I actually forgot about it. That is, until my sweet aunt brought me a small tree and some hats and gloves. We get so lost in the chaos we forget the little things that matter most, the gift of giving being one of those. Please help me in continuing my tradition of helping our community with donating some hats and gloves. I will take donations until Dec 23rd. Thank you in advance!

A quick message. I have moved my salon to 4560 S. Ironwood Dr. South Bend, IN 46614. The phone number is still 574-299-4044. I have been having phone/internet/software issues, so if I haven't responded it's probably because i didn't get your message. At the moment it is best to text me at 574-340-1588. Please know that I work by myself now and I am always busy behind the chair and am usually booked about 6 weeks out. That being said, if I don't respond right away I promise I'm not being rude or unprofessional. I also try to answer all of my calls and messages in the order I receive them so I may not get back to you as quickly due to high demand. Please be patient. I am grateful for and value all of you!

To all of my clients,
No I am not closing. I am downsizing to prepare for a smaller location and much less upkeep.

Because of the uncertainty of when I will be able to go back to work I will be temporarily closed. I have already frozen my schedule so that those who were on it will be contacted first upon my return to work. I will keep a list of people who want to be scheduled, but please know I will not be returning phone calls or texts at this time. The only information that I have is the same information that you have at this time. I want nothing more than to go back to work and see all of you. That being said, please practice social distancing. The sooner everyone complies, the sooner we can all get back to some sort of normal.

Per the governor's executive order I will be closed for 2 weeks unless otherwise instructed. Because of the uncertainty as to whether the end date will change or not, I will be freezing my schedule for the time being. When there is a more certain all clear I will be contacting clients in an orderly fashion. Please be patient with me as I have a lot of people that will be on hold. I will do the best I can for each and every one of you. Please stay safe and healthy at this time.

While I hate to add to the frenzy of the Coronavirus, I do need to take the health and safety of myself and ALL of my clients VERY seriously. Therefore, I am asking that if you are ill or showing ANY signs of illness that you rescheduled your appointment. If you do come in sick I will reschedule you. I will also ask that every one wash their hands upon entering the salon. Please remember that this is for the safety of ALL of my clients. I have clients going through chemo, clients with compromised immune systems, and elderly clients who are all at high risk. If you bring illness in, I am a huge risk of being a carrier to everyone. As most of you know it is already extremely hard to get in to me and if I get sick it will just make it that much harder to get in to me.
