My answer would be yes. When I’m consistent with my skin care routine, even if I don’t necessarily see a difference in my skin right away, I just feel good. I know that I’m taking action that my skin with thank me for in the future. It does give me a little boost in confidence and whether the glow is from that treatment I just did, or because I’m glowing from the inside, it doesn’t matter. It gives me a pep in my step that I think people notice.

It’s always a good idea to take stock of our actions every now and then so that we can recognize where we might be falling short and then course-correct, if needed. This is true in life in general, but also when it comes to skin care.
I know for me, and I bet a lot of others as well, I pay a lot of attention to my face to ensure I’m doing all I can to curtail the aging process, but when it comes to my neck and chest, I tend to ignore those areas. And I’ve noticed that my neck and chest look a whole lot older than my face does. Don’t forget to use sunscreen and moisturize those areas as well!
Additionally, hands take a good beating as we use them every day and expose them to the sun. Don’t forget to use sunscreen on them as well.
