It’s a Beautiful Day to have a Beautiful Day☀️🌊

So there was this one time I was crossing the street and this lady hit me with her car🫠True story I’ve lived to tell & today is the 11th anniversary of that accident. I ended up with a sprained MCL & deep bone bruise. The setbacks set us up for a greater come back. I didn’t let that accident define me, I gave myself grace & time to heal (it did not happen overnight) but after a few months I was back to being active. Healing takes time & it’s a process that can’t be rushed. Every day I remind myself that it is a privilege to be here. So love yourself fiercely, it will flow onto others too. Life is too short to live in the past, learn from mistakes & move forward. When we know better, we DO better. LOVE & KNOWING God’s love is always all around heals the wounds that are not meant to be permanent 🤍

🫶The relationship we cultivate with ourselves is of the utmost importance. 🤍To truly love, honor & respect oneself is to honor the beautiful gift of Life God has bestowed upon each & every one of us. There are so many things in this day & age that my pull us away from that deep love within ourselves, but I want to remind you that you are worthy of that love every second of the day.
