My baby's 16, oh how time flies,
A whirlwind of years, and wistful sighs.
She once asked "how" and "why" with wide eyes,
Now I'm the one with questions, lost in surprise.
I'm bursting with pride, though she may not know,
Her sweetness and spirit, a true work of art to show.
We've grown together, side by side,
Learning from each other, as life's path we ride.
With no handbook in hand, we navigated the way,
Teaching and learning, day by day.
My first child, a precious gift, pure and true,
I'm grateful for her presence, and the love she brings anew..

It takes time... this design took about 12 hours.
It takes patience... bride sat still with out moving around, she had to talk softly because being expressive was making her hands move and I had to focus to make sure the design was not only intricate but crisp and precise.
We broke up the design and completed this pattern over a span of 2 days.
