PHOTOS
Bring along 3-5 photos of BOTH the color and the haircut you like. We’ll be listening to see if your requests match up with the photos you brought. This helps us understand your communication style as well as your eye for things. We are looking to see consistency amongst the photos you chose.

QUESTIONS
Be prepared to allow the stylist to lead parts of the conversation. We have learned which questions and answers help us create a “picture in our minds” of the style you are seeking. We quickly map out a plan of ex*****on in our mind. Multiple questions helps us navigate this silent plan.

As much as we’d love to WOW you on the 1st date, relationships take time to grow. Allowing for a little trial and error helps us LEARN your likes and dislikes. We BUILD on this to find your perfect style! ( and I don’t mean BIG mistakes or poor communication)

CONSISTENCY
Getting on a hair schedule helps us to repeat what you liked previously. Hair grows at a “typical rate” (1/2”-3/4” every 5 wks) we use these growth patterns to tell us how much to trim off based on how many weeks since your last trim. Inconsistent timing between appointments leads to inconsistent results. That’s why we encourage you to reschedule!
