As I prepare to close this chapter of my career, I find myself filled with a mix of emotions, gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement for what lies ahead. After five years of being an Esthetician, I am leaving my Esthetician business after February, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this journey.

When I first joined this industry, I was eager to learn and grow, but that has been something that hasn’t left. From day one it has been a challenge, with learning curves throughout my whole time. I’ve spent my business in three rented spaces. Each were very different. My current space with Meraki completely changed it for me. I was welcomed into a supportive, loving and welcoming environment that encouraged more of a family aspect. Something I was not used to. The friendships I’ve formed here will last a lifetime. This salon has gotten me through so much darkness and also helped unveil a confidence that’s been hidden for years. I wouldn’t be in the direction I’m headed without them.

As for my clients, no school or book teaches you about the relationships that can be formed within this business with your clients.
I am truly saddened to cut our routine of in person bi weekly chats/stories/check ins/updates/hugs (services). I have felt so lucky to not only provide services for you, but also a space where you can come safely to vent, cry, just breathe or sleep. I have been lucky enough to create relationships and make it a safe space to be myself. I’ve gone through some of my darkest days while trying to keep it together also while building and running this business. A lot of you have given me strength when I felt nothing left. I’m so grateful for that. I will miss you all so much. I hope our paths cross again in the best way possible and wish each of you well.

Thank you for the support ALWAYS but especially during these last 6 months. I plan to take this next step and continue to show empowerment to my girls and other women.
