CANCELATION POLICY FOR NATURAL NAILS BY KIM:
Coupons, discounts,and promos are limited to new clients ONLY and limit ONE per person. Cancellations accepted without charge 48 hours or more before the reservation. Late cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee per individual and NO Shows will be charged 100% of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
