Did you know one of the first appointments (other than the ER if you are seriously injured) you should schedule after a car accident, fall, etc should be to see your chiropractor? They can help assess and treat spinal misalignments that have been caused from these accidents. Immediate chiropractic care could save you a lifetime of pain if these misalignments are addressed correctly after the accidents.

🎉Happy Father’s Day to all of the father figures out there. We are blessed to call Dr. Ryan our favorite dad! Thank you to all the great men who lead by example. 🙏🏼💝
A lot of people are on the road these days and driving for vacations. Don’t forget to stretch!
Few tips for the road to keep in mind!
Disclaimer: if any of these motions were to be uncomfortable besides for just a stretch then just simply don’t do them.
1. The above stretch is easy and anyone can do it. Hold it for 15-30 seconds.
2. When you stop for a bathroom break and are out of the car bring your arms apart like you’re going to give someone a big hug and stretch out the chest. Doing so can relax the chest and your shoulders can sit back easier and take pressure off of the upper back and lower neck region.
3. Hang, don’t reach, towards your toes to decompress the lower back to give you relief from sitting the whole time. Hold it for 15-30 seconds and just let you back relax with gravity pulling on it.
