For your holiday!! Here is my recipe for an amazing DoTERRA wassil!!
64 oz cranberry juice
64 oz apple juice
3 drops lemon oil
5 drops wild orange
2 drops cinnamon
1 drop clove
1 drop ginger

Heat and serve warm!
For alcoholic beverage add half glass of red wine to each glass!

‘‘Twas the night before the big race!” As I prep to run tomorrow I thought I would bring you some insight on what has gotten me to the point of being able to do this tomorrow!!! Handling a blood clotting issue with nerve and vein damage and trying to run on top of that has not been an easy thing! However my DoTERRA has supported me along the way and made it possible! Here are a few things that will support me tonight and tomorrow! Tonight I lathered up with serenity to calm myself so I can get some rest as well as some amazing oils to help with my circulation in my legs. Tomorrow I’ll be adding to those some beneficial oils for running, pain, motivation, and breathing. Then I’ll be caring with me tea tree for any injuries or blisters I may gain and past tense for any tension I develop and breathe in vase I need a boost to catch my breath!!
