✅ Kids: 3–4 drops per 10 mL
✅ Teens: 6–9 drops per 10 mL
✅ Adults: 9–15 drops per 10 mL
✅ Sensitive Skin: 3–6 drops per 10 mL

💡 Pro Tips:

Start lower, then increase if well tolerated.

For “hot” oils (like Oregano, Cinnamon, Clove) → stick to 1% or less for everyone.

For facial rollers → 0.5–1% is plenty, no matter your age.
