Happy All Saintsâ Day! â¨
Today we remember that holiness is not reserved for the extraordinary â itâs forged in the quiet, daily âyesâ to God. The saints arenât distant figures⌠they are brothers and sisters cheering us on toward Heaven.
St. ZĂŠlie Martin, wife, mother, and businesswoman, once wrote:
âWe shall find our little ones again up above.â
And,
âWe must be happy with the cross God sends us and not desire anything more.â
Her life reminds us that sanctification is shaped through:
đż The offering of our suffering
đż The way we mother and serve
đż Caring for the bodies God entrusted to us
đż Choosing faith over fear in the unknown
As we strengthen our bodies during pregnancy and postpartum, heal from loss, navigate diagnoses, or steward our health with intention⌠holiness is being shaped in us. One surrendered moment at a time.
We are not alone.
The saints intercede.
Grace sustains.
Heaven cheers.
May we, like St. ZĂŠlie, embrace our vocation with courage â trusting that every hidden sacrifice becomes glory. đżđď¸
All you holy men and women, pray for us. â¨

Itâs spooky season⌠and sometimes the scariest part of womenâs health isnât the ghosts or ghouls đť
Itâs the misinformation.
đ âJust do kegels.â
đ âDonât lift more than 20lbs while pregnant.â
đ âBirth prep doesnât matter.â
đ âYou have prolapse? No running, jumping, or lifting⌠ever.â
đ âWeâll clear you for everything at 6 weeks postpartum.â
đ âPainful periods are just part of being a woman.â
đ Only breathing exercises when you want to return to sport.
Hereâs the truth:
Your body is strong, adaptable, and designed to move.
You deserve guidance that actually supports your goals â not fear-based limitations.
Better outcomes do come from education, strength, nervous-system support, and progressive return to activity.
If these âhauntsâ feel familiar⌠youâre not alone.
Letâs de-haunt womenâs health together. đ¤

God met me halfway up a mountainâand reminded me how He carries us through the hardest climbs⌠even birth.
Halfway up a mountain, I had a full-blown panic attack. đ§ââď¸
My heart was racing, my hands were shaking, and when I looked down⌠all I could see was how far I could fall. I felt stuck â terrified to move forward but knowing I couldnât stay where I was.
So I took a deep breath, whispered a prayer, and pulled myself up over that ledge.
And when we finally reached the summit, the view took my breath away.
The fear faded, and all I felt was pride.
That moment changed how I see birth.
Because pregnancy feels steadyâuntil you reach that point in labor when fear sets in.
You freeze. You doubt yourself. You wonder if you can keep going.
But just like climbing that mountain, the only way forward is through.
One breath, one prayer, one push at a time.
And when you finally reach the topâwhen your baby is in your armsâyou realize the climb was holy.
You were stronger than you thought. đ
Inside ASCEND | Motherhood, we prepare for that momentâphysically, mentally, and spirituallyâso you can approach birth with peace, strength, and faith.

Pregnancy is such a sacred seasonâa time to honor your body as a temple while also preparing it like an athlete for the incredible work ahead. đ¤ In the ASCEND | Motherhood program, we do exactly this.
Every week, your body is changing, and your workouts should reflect that. Thatâs why we offer curated, progressive workouts that grow with you during pregnancy, tailored to your stage and your strength level. Whether itâs building endurance, maintaining core and pelvic floor strength, or safely moving your body in ways that feel good, each exercise is designed to keep you strong, supported, and prepared for birth.
But pregnancy isnât just physicalâitâs spiritual and emotional too. Thatâs why ASCEND | Motherhood includes faith-based journal reflections each week, helping you slow down, reflect, and stay grounded in your calling as a mother. These prompts guide you to connect with God, set intentions, and nurture your heart even as your body changes.
With ASCEND | Motherhood, you donât have to choose between honoring your body and preparing itâyou can do both, intentionally, prayerfully, and safely, every step of the way. đż
