Yes! Love this daily practice! Stacey’s Staceys Qigong Practice Group.

“When practicing the Healing Movements move your hands and legs as slowly as possible. The slower, the better. This will allow you to feel the energy better and more easily experience the emptiness.”

When practicing Qigong meditations with repetitive movements, in a slow, gentle, and controlled way, you will find that, your energy is no longer scattered and the connection you feel as your body, mind, and heart are all brought together, is truly something so beautiful, so powerful, you simply must experience its healing power, for yourself.

And always remember GOOD, BETTER, BEST. Any Qigong you make time for no matter how slow or fast your movement is will always be GOOD.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

This is so True

Hello, my dear friends,

It’s wonderful to know a lot, but to put it into practice is different energy, higher energy, and as you keep practicing what you know, you discover in the most wonderful way that you become the lesson you practice.

You practice at home, you practice the lesson everywhere you go, and in everything you do.

Qigong learning is all about practice.

You don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it.

Qigong-learning is only 30 or 20 or even 10% about the information you know; “learning” Qigong is actually 70 or 80 or even 90% practice.

So, learn from our friend who wrote in: “you don’t need to know more about Qigong to do it or to enjoy its benefits. You don’t even need to understand it. You just have to do it!”

Most of us are raised to think the opposite. “Once I know everything there is to know about this thing, then I can do it really, really well.” Not with Qigong. Only by doing it do you learn it, and the more and more you do it, the more you understand it.

So – you already know what you need to know. Just start!

The sooner you take action, the sooner you will feel good.

Practice Every day, even if it is only for a few minutes. Now is as good of a place as any to begin.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

Hello, my dear friends,

Today, I want to share with you the relationship between stress and breathing, as it relates to Qi.

Stress is the number one cause of qi blockages in the body.

When you feel stress, your oxygen intake is less, and that can weaken your Qi in all the energy systems and all parts of your body.

Especially if you work at a desk all day long, you have very little movements in your stomach, which can increase the feelings of stress.

A lot of people experience that.

When we feel stressed it is because certain areas of our body don’t have enough oxygen, so when you do you Qigong exercise and meditations, focus on your breathing and you will take in more oxygen and the Qi flow in the “stressed out” areas will begin to open up energy channels for you.

This is the unique thing about Qigong.

Repeated slow, gentle movements and focused breathing can help activate the vitality, the intelligence of Qi within you, all leading to a reduced stress.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

Hello, my dear friends,

In April spring energy is becoming dominant.

Spring is the time when the liver energy is at its strongest. Liver energy is the Wood element and it tends to take over everything, which is not beneficial.

The lungs, which are metal energy, try to control it but on their own they don’t have enough energy to control it during the spring season, which is why people tend to cough a lot in the spring because liver energy is too strong.

We can balance the Liver Energy by Strengthening the Lung Energy.

We can strengthen the Lung Energy by…

👉Adding a little more spice to your food. Green onion and ginger root help balance the lung energy, the digestive system, and help prevent colds and flu because they can really activate the lung’s energy. Definitely, I would encourage you to use green onion and ginger root as often as possible, even just a little bit can help a lot.

👉Get outside in nature, be active and sweat.
Outdoors or indoors, you need to exercise until you break a sweat because sweating strengthens the energy of your lungs, which helps to balance the liver/wood energy.

Sweating detoxifies the energy of the body through the skin, which strengthens the lungs because the skin is part of the breathing system.

Exercising strengthens the lungs’ energy and so does sweating. So, work up a good sweat every day.

At the very least just break a sweat each day. Sitting in a steam room or sauna is good but exercising until you break a sweat is best.

Hello, my dear friends,

Today, I want to share with you something I have found helpful in starting my day off feeling balanced.

In the morning when you wake, don’t jump out of bed immediately.

Stay in bed for a minute or two with your eyes open.

Maybe do a little exercising in bed.

Stretching your body is good.

Or try lying on your back, raising your legs and move them like you are riding a bicycle for thirty seconds or so.

Then, sit up slowly and hang your feet over the side of the bed for a minute or so before you put your feet on the floor and get your day going.

This is especially beneficial for anyone who has high blood pressure.

It’s a great way for anyone to gather their energy. It helps you start your day with your energy balanced and flowing.

Give it a Try!

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin
