I wanted to share an important update regarding booking and appointment policies at Cheeky Curated Aesthetics.

Recently, there has been an increase in last-minute cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, and missed appointments. While I completely understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected schedule changes happen, these situations significantly impact my ability to operate my business and provide the elevated, intentional experience I’ve created for each of you.

Because of this, moving forward, I will no longer be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

All appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and the following policies will be strictly upheld:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• You are welcome to move or adjust your appointment at any time using your confirmation link up until the 24-hour window
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a missed appointment and will be charged in full

Please note that I’m unable to make exceptions based on the reason for cancellation within the 24-hour window. While I truly understand that circumstances arise, the reserved time still impacts my schedule and business, and the full service cost will apply.

These policies are in place to protect my time, my business, and the level of care I provide to every client who walks through my door.
