With BUSY season here I wanted to touch base on policies. I have been extremely lenient especially this summer but moving forward these policies will be strictly enforced. There has been an obscene amount of no shows, last minute rescheduling and last minute cancelations. Please keep in mind these have ALWAYS been posted and have not changed.

*Deposits- Deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstance
*Rescheduling- Must be done a min of 48hrs prior to appt time, under 24hrs will be held responsible for 50% of the service fee
*Cancellations with no rescheule- Must be done a min of 48hrs prior to appt time, under 24hrs will be held responsible for 100% of the service fee
*Retention- For fills you must have a min of 40% of your lashes intact when you arrive, if you have less an additional fee will be added- will price per situation.
*Dirty lashes- If I have to clean your lashes more than a prime, it is just taking time away from your fill. Come with clean lashes, leave with more lashes!
