Hello fellow nature and movement enthusiasts!
Please join me for a Hike/Yoga/Huna session tomorrow Wednesday at 5:30-7:30 pm @ Dishman Hills. The weather looks perfect. 65° partly sunny.
This Hike will be longer, 3 miles, with a short yogic stretch and Huna (and maybe a couple minute dance breakout) session at the end, in the grassy field. We'll behaved pooches are welcome 🐕
Please bring a mat and water. $20

Our 5th semi annual HMM Retreat is in the books, and What a Weekend!!!!
We were blessed with 5 new faces and 5 returning souls, who all helped to make this an Epic event.
Labyrinth, Yoga, Treehouse accommodations, killer food and commradery in the outdoor kitchen, and many mindful moments. Culminating in a Sweatlodge and dipping pool build, that we crisoned in a transformative and healing sweat, lead by Logan Multiverse

She and I have recently been working through shoulder surgery rehab together, as her car insurance refused physical therapy.
