Hello friends!
We are holding a Rookie powerlifting event in Spokane Sept 23. We are in need of Mentors! There are 60 athletes registered so we'll need a lot of Mentors to help! If you are planning on registering for the Women and Girls in Strength Sports Conference in Spokane Aug 11-13, the early registration deadline is fast approaching! June 1, the cost will go up to $535. Register before June 1 and it's $399.

I'm looking for a few people who are interested in spotting/loading for the April 22 USA Powerlifting Empire Classic event in Spokane. This will be an all day event. I'll pay each person $100 plus feed you.

I am on a mission to increase the number of USA Powerlifting Referees in Spokane and/or Spokane area. To be eligible, you must have been involved with USA Powerlifting for a minimum of 1 year as an athlete, coach or volunteer.
The process to become a state level referee is:
1. Take the online open book written test
2. Sit during a sanctioned event for you practical exam
3. Complete the online SafeSport certification and basic background check
