Does anyone else find their eyeliner “traveling”?

I smile (a lot) and that causes the fine lines around my eyes to capture that glorious eyeliner, creating black circles under my eyes - not the look I’m going for.

Recently, I started using this translucent powder under my eyes before applying my eyeliner and it has completely solved the problem!
