Katie | Spring, TX Lash Artist ⋆˙⟡ I used Dark Navy & Glitch, Wavy Dark Navy & Wavy Glitch for my set. I wanted to choose colors that I hadn’t played with in a while. Dark Navy is underrated in my opinion. Paired with Glitch, I think I did a pretty good job of letting both colors have their moment ✨ Lily, you were so fun to work with on this project. What a joy it is to work alongside you at Lash & Brow-o-ween in SLC, celebrate your wins & create dope lash art with you 🎨

I’ve received a lot of questions about my creative process. How do I do it without AI? How do I use Procreate?

There is a learning curve with every new method we try. Don’t let the idea of drawing your mockups scare you away from trying. Here’s all the details of what I use:

App: Procreate ($12.99 one time purchase)

Digital Brushes: Maven Artistry® Lash Extension Training (i love these brushes because there are presets. I actually draw only 10% of my mockups. The rest is placing the digital brushes where I want the lashes to go, and repositioning them to line up, as well as erasing the lashes I don’t want to keep in the mockup. Maven digital brushes are a little pricey, but Etsy has some more affordable options) ‼️

Color swatches/color lashes: The Lash Ritual | Professional Color Lash Extensions has a downloadable table on their website of their Lash Colors! I use this when creating mockups to make sure I’m matching the colors exactly. Super helpful!
