All new clients will be charged a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go towards the service you receive, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late or cancel/reschedule without 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit. Special circumstances will allow for policy changes to accommodate this awful pandemic.
