📣 Official Business Update: Booking & Payment Policy

To all valued clients,

As the business continues to grow, I am streamlining my administrative processes to ensure the highest level of organization and service for everyone. Effective today, my booking and payment structures are being strictly updated.

I will no longer be accepting manual bookings, nor will I accept payments via Apple Pay or CashApp (unless explicitly requested or arranged by me for specific circumstances).

Moving forward, all sessions must be reserved directly through my official GlossGenius booking site.

Because my schedule is incredibly busy, I kindly ask everyone to respect this booking policy, which applies to all clients universally. Please ensure you thoroughly read and understand the booking terms and conditions before securing your spot.

Key Financial & Rescheduling Policies:

Retainers: A retainer must be paid upfront to officially reserve and lock in your date and time. Spots will not be held without this.

Wedding Payments: All wedding packages must be paid in full exactly one week prior to your wedding day.

Rescheduling: To protect my calendar, any client-initiated rescheduling will strictly require the standard inconvenience fee, as outlined in the contract terms.
