Oh the snow! I will be closed today 1/9/24. I could probably get to Springfield BUT when do I go home? With the wind going to start and the snow going to start back up. I just feel that we all would be safer not coming in. I will be contacting all that have appointments today. I’m sorry for any inconvenience. This has caused everyone stay safe.

Happy July 4th everyone! Lift&Firm Massage Therapy will be closed from July4 to 6th opening back up on July 6. Have a great 4th.!

First let me say, thank you for all the prayers and kind words after my father in laws death. They were all very much appreciated. Most of you know that I lost my father when I was 24 years old. I have been blessed to have 2 men in my life that were my father in laws. I loved both of them. Looked up to them.
They are both in heaven now. I will be out of the office for a vacation with some of my grands this was I planed vacation. Lift and Firm Massage Therapy will be closed June 12-16 2023. Returning June 19,2023. Again thank you for all the kind words. Have a great week everyone.

Today my father-in-law left this world and is at peace. I will try to keep the information update as to when services will be and when I will be out of the office.

Hello everyone, I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything just seems that I never get it done. That being said I will be out this week. (On assignment as they say on 1450 AM). I will be back Monday May 8th. Have a get week everyone. We are South bond and down. Oh I’m getting an education on RAP music not music to me. They don’t know for every hour we listen to that we get to listen to 70’s on 7. Or if they let me in my set.

Just a note to tell everyone I will be out of the office tell Thursday January 19, still having trouble getting my phone calls on my new phone text me if you can! If your off for MLK day have a great day.

Merry Christmas everyone❄️☃️Lift and Firm Massage Therapy will be closed from December 21 until December 27 to celebrate the Christmas season with family. Everyone stay warm and safe during the next couple days with the blizzard that is coming our way! It will give you more time to make Christmas cookies!!

Just a quick update. I have started back in Springfield at 2536 Farragut Dr this week. Making appointments. I really Appreciate everyone’s understanding this month. Tim is going to cardiac rehab and walking 5 or 6 miles a day. We see the surgeon next week. I’m hopeful to get everyone back in soon. I will be contacting everyone to get you scheduled back in.
