It felt so good to have all three of us back in the salon this week. 💜🖤💛 We are SO fortunate to get to do what we do and walk in to work everyday knowing we get to see each other and support each other. 🫛

I hope I’m the kind of boss they love, not the kind they have a group chat about. 😂😂

But honestly, Kate and Shelby are the ones who really deserve the flowers and gifts! ❤️ I’ll never stop being thankful for their dedication, hard work, and the big hearts they bring to Extra Care every single day. I hope they both know just how much I appreciate them and how lucky I feel to have them on this team! 🥹💕

I may be a little particular, but my heart is big, my intentions are good, and I promise I only micromanage a little. 🤣
