Most of the time it’s because you wear a tight af ponytail in the same place every day for 3 decades BUT it could be these other things too….

August marks my hair anniversary! Honestly I look at these cuts and colors and am insanely impressed. I was fully booked in night school and wanted to do solely men’s hair, and then I went in the other direction. I kept my corporate job, left, went back, worked 80 hour weeks in my 20s, took a break from hair that spurred immense growth, and have evolved so much within the craft but also as an entrepreneur and what it means to really take risks.

Hair is only a part of this career but working with my hands, and holding space for you has been an experience of living in alignment. I’m happy to see that choosing to value my mercurial spirit can be rewarding. It might have taken (and still takes) more time than expected to reach this point but celebration is needed along the way! If you want to remain passionate at what you do, you need to keep reinventing what you do. Cheers to celebrating the journey of entrepreneurship. ✂️ 💋

Time casts a spell on us ✨ There’s no right way to embrace aging and there are plenty of options for every budget and desired look for grey hair!

I’ve been seeing a lot of requests for full coverage that’s low maintenance, but here’s the deal - full coverage is inherently high maintenance. If you don’t want to see a grey in sight…in order to maintain you’ll have to cover every month. If you want coverage for an event or something that covers lightly that’s semi permanent (which hugs the hair and slips over time but no root to cover because natural is showing) this is lower maintenance.
