I’m typically a pretty private person, but I feel compelled to share.
Last night after a full day of work I headed over to Evelyn’s house (a beautiful hospice facility at BJC right across the street from the salon) to bring dinner to my sister who has been the primary caregiver and say my final goodbye to my grandma. It’s been a long journey getting to this point but she is in her final hours. While her body is still here, she’s mostly already gone. I need lots of good vibes, prayers, thoughts.. whatever you have to aid in a comfortable and easy transition to the other side for her. If I seem “off” or quiet, I’m just going through it. I still love you all. Hugs are welcomed 🥰
Whatever your battles are this holiday season, I see you 🩷 Let this serve as a gentle reminder to think twice before you react, this time of year seems to heighten everyone’s feelings and you never know what others are battling. Be patient and kind to others AND yourself ❤️

I’ve been thinking about this for a while so I guess l will just come out and say it… 😉

I also want to mention silent appointments are ✨ always ✨ on the table. This time of year the stress of the holidays & blues from the short days can really get to us. If you want to bring earbuds and listen to a podcast you haven’t had time to listen to or a book to help you escape reality, by all means use your time however your soul requires you to! 🌟
