I hope you all had a blessed holiday season. I enjoyed hibernating a bit from all the crazy this season brings. My family has a bunch of birthdays all tucked in between Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day so I try to take slow days when I can….at least I’m learning to now. I used to burn myself out trying to make the holidays magical but ended up frustrated and exhausted. My goal this year isn’t a bunch of new “to do’s” but just “to be” more. This year is about stepping into my authentic self and focusing on love and kindness. I hope this year is an easy transition and one where you find new beautiful things about yourself. These last couple of weeks have been overflowing with blessings and excitement! I recently celebrated my 40th orbit around the sun and completed my stress management coaching certification ☀️🎉🙌🏻. It’s certainly a full circle feeling as this year has been about integrating the tools and knowledge I've gained to better support others on their healing journey. It's also brought some tough but valuable lessons that have grounded and centered me ✨. I’m excited for this new chapter as I expand my practice and continue growing as a person 🌱❤️. I look forward to what this next year will bring. 🥰 Thank you to all the amazing people in my life who have loved and supported me along the way.

Had a beautiful weekend with .stl for my Reiki II trining and attunement. We ended with a beautiful cacao ceremony and received a thoughtful gift from Charlotte to take home. I’m so blessed and thankful. ❤️✨

🍂It’s fall y’all! Finally, sweater weather and candle season is here! Fall is also a time to clear out old energies.
